DESCRIPTION:We are a group of Plum Village practitioners who gather every other Tuesday from 5–8 pm in even-numbered weeks in Copenhagen NV. \nWe read and reflect on the Five Mindfulness Trainings\, read together from one of Thich Nhat Hanh’s books\, meditate\, and share the Dharma while listening deeply to one another. \nWe begin by warmly greeting each other and enjoying a cup of tea together\, and we finish with dinner for those who are able to stay. \nThe meetings are held in either Danish or English\, depending on the needs and wishes of the sangha friends present on the day. Everyone is\, of course\, welcome to share in their preferred language. \nWe also regularly organize Days of Mindfulness. \nWe are a relatively new but well-established sangha\, organized according to principles of shared responsibility. All members contribute to the practical tasks of the sangha\, including facilitating the meetings\, and everyone is welcome to bring forward ideas and proposals that can strengthen and support our sangha. \nWe warmly welcome new members. If you are interested in joining us\, please email us at NVSangha@protonmail.com. We will then arrange a short introductory phone call where you can hear more about the sangha and ask any questions you may have.

DESCRIPTION:We are a group of Plum Village practitioners who gather every other Tuesday from 5–8 pm in even-numbered weeks in Copenhagen NV. \nWe read and reflect on the Five Mindfulness Trainings\, read together from one of Thich Nhat Hanh’s books\, meditate\, and share the Dharma while listening deeply to one another. \nWe begin by warmly greeting each other and enjoying a cup of tea together\, and we finish with dinner for those who are able to stay. \nThe meetings are held in either Danish or English\, depending on the needs and wishes of the sangha friends present on the day. Everyone is\, of course\, welcome to share in their preferred language. \nWe also regularly organize Days of Mindfulness. \nWe are a relatively new but well-established sangha\, organized according to principles of shared responsibility. All members contribute to the practical tasks of the sangha\, including facilitating the meetings\, and everyone is welcome to bring forward ideas and proposals that can strengthen and support our sangha. \nWe warmly welcome new members. If you are interested in joining us\, please email us at NVSangha@protonmail.com. We will then arrange a short introductory phone call where you can hear more about the sangha and ask any questions you may have.
