Whether you are a Buddhist or a non-Buddhist, this is a forum for you who would like to explore the power of mindfulness and is interested in mindful, wholesome, and peaceful living, in the tradtition of Thich Nhat Hanh.
On this page, you can read more about our activities throughout the year, as we work to build a solid foundation for practicing mindful living in Denmark.

Registration is now open for our 2025 Summer Retreat on the island of Lolland! More information and registration link are on the retreat page.
In 2025, the Aarhus sangha will meet on 2/2, 16/3, 27/4, 25/5 and 22/6, 14-16, at Øsal Ling. More details are available on the calendar.
In 2025, online meetings are in even weeks, and in-person meetings are in odd weeks (the opposite alternation from 2024). Additionally, the Zoom link has changed - the meeting ID is now 825 3941 8170 and the password is Cphonline.

Thich Nhat Hanh Sangha Copenhagen meets weekly, alternating online and in-person. Wake Up Copenhagen and the Aarhus sangha meet monthly.

Once a month, we have a day of mindfulness in the Plum Village tradition at the Vietnamese temple in Glostrup, guided by Brother Thay Phap Tru

We arrange visits from Plum Village and EIAB monastics, study groups, classes, and other opportunities to practice.
We have the wonderful opportunity to receive visits from monastics from Plum Village and EIAB, who offer meditations, silent walks, and Dharma talks.
An association founded to create a strong mindfulness community in Denmark, based on the teachings of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.
