RETREAT

Sangha Meetings
We encourage everyone to join a sangha near you, or participate in activities with a community of mindfulness practice, so you can profit from the collective energy of mindfulness, peace and joy.
Days of Mindfulness
We offer a day of mindfulness in the Plum Village tradition. We visit our local Sangha’s and practice for at day together.

Mindfulness Events
We arrange visits from Plum Village and EIAB monastics, study groups, classes, and other opportunities to practice.
Dharma teacher in Denmark
Thay Phap Tru
Thay Phap Tru is our local Plum Village dharma teacher. During the year there will be a few opportunities to practice with him.
He has for the last three years held courses on Buddhist Psychology, facilitated Days of Mindfulness with Dharma Talks and facilitated private sessions for community members. The future events will be announced in our newsletter and in our calendar on this website.

You may have explored mindfulness in other ways and now wish to learn the Plum Village approach.
Here, mindfulness is a way of life—applied in every moment to live with presence, joy, and ease. It helps us heal, see our deep connectedness, and cultivate peace within, which we can then offer to the world.
Deepen
When we begin to practice Plum Village mindfulness, we soon feel more ease, stability, and connection in daily life.
These benefits inspire us to deepen our practice, live more fully by the teachings, and strengthen our ties within the community.
